What we loved
We didn’t see any horse racing, but checking out the horse stables and seeing all those awesome horses made for a totally Kentucky field trip!
The Kentucky Horse Park‘s exclusive attraction, The International Museum of the Horse, had lots of horse installations that just made the kids go ooh and aah – it was mind-blowing.
There was a Parade of Breeds Show and they all seemed to just sparkle under the sun, the equestrians looked really cool when they performed with the horses.
Isaac and I had so much fun, going there was a great can’t miss moment!

The show was fantastic! It helps you understand that horses are not always about racing and speed, some are stunning and pretty, some look sturdy and strong… much like people, there are different horses for different jobs.
