Brooke started out with a podcast (The Life Coach School Podcast) and a lot of launch products – no membership.
One of the things she wanted to do was simplify her business with two main products.
She wanted:
A membership for clients that wanted to get coached (on anxiety, for drinking, weight loss).
Her certifications for those who wanted to become a life coach.
Creating a way to get coached in an affordable way meant memberships were the way to go!
Brooke truly understands not to devalue yourself. She stacked up TONS of money into developing herself and her skillset.
That means members paying $297/month is NOT too high of a price!
When you create that much value, members could never spend enough to get the value out of it.
In Brooke’s membership, she wanted her members to feel like they have exclusive access to her. That is why she didn’t let the members talk to each other! In doing so, the relationship felt more like they were just having it with her on a more personal level.
The Life Coach School started because of Brooke’s personal experiences with ending her suffering around emotional eating.
When she decided to become a life coach her experiences (God-given talents of experiences) lead her to fix a problem she knew was out there and that she knew the answers to!
You can’t go into business just to make money. You have to have an offer and a desire to help others!
