Show Notes
How do we turn your audience into your community?
Jane’s background in strategic communications and personal branding led her to networking and evolving her audience into a community!
When you have a membership you create an ebb and flow for whenever you face situations, like Jane did, and other forms of revenue are shut down.
How do you create a high floor?
Your membership creates a pool of people – who a percentage of them will want a higher result. If you have several hundred or several thousands of people in your membership, you will never not sell higher-tier limited spot offers.
Bottom line: Don’t turn your coaching or course program into a membership. What’s the result your members need to get? How does that result lead to the next level?
Are you speaking to all your members the same way?
You don’t need to know everyone in your bottom tier. You don’t even need to speak to everyone the same way.
There are certain groups of people in the community that are all doing the same thing.
In our community we have:
- Idea people (They are paste dreaming stage. They are trying to come up with their idea).
- Product people (These are the people who are at Phase 3 and building their product or courses).
- Marketing people.
We have TONS of different groups of people with different needs because they are at different stages in their online business journey!
Do you set up separate areas in your membership for students using your methods?
Jane is in the same situation as a few of our other members. They have a business where their trainees are allowed to use Jane’s teaching, but pays a membership and/or client fee to use them!
If your trainees bring clients in, what should you do? Why not turn those people you certified to teach your method into affiliates?
How much focus should you put on lead generations?
If you are already running ads on Facebook, how much should you focus on lead generations?
Facebook ads are only 5% of the puzzle. I realized that some people ONLY use Facebook ads – that’s great if it works for them. For us, it’s just a small portion of everything we do!
If you’re running Facebook ads make sure you run an email on the other end of it!
