JOCELYN: Hey y’all! On today’s podcast, we’re going to answer your questions about staying positive and inspired when working on your online business.
Welcome to the Flipped Lifestyle podcast, where life always comes before work. We’re your hosts, Shane and Jocelyn Sams. Join us, each week, as we teach you how to flip your lifestyle upside-down, by selling stuff online. Are you ready for something different? All right, let’s get started.
SHANE: What’s going on guys? Welcome back to the Flipped Lifestyle podcast. We are very glad to be with you again this week. We have not had a podcast out in a week or two because we have been very, very, very sick. I got pneumonia for a couple of weeks, and Jocelyn just battled through bronchitis. Jocelyn is here and alive.
JOCELYN: Yeah, barely and I still am not 100% well so, my voice may sound a little crazy.
SHANE: And you may get a little coughing in this episode because we both are still kind of getting over that. The kids have been sick; it’s just been a rough, rough November. We’ve been passing it around the house; all you guys who are parents and have kids, you know what it’s like. Once somebody gets sick in the house, it just passes around for months it seems like. But we are feeling a lot better, we are very happy to be back with you again today, and we’ve got a great topic. We’re going to have a little bit different format today; you know, a lot of people have asked us, where the Q&As went. The Q&As with S&Js. We decided to stop doing those Q&As as individual episodes and what are going to start doing instead is we are going to be packaging questions from our members in our Flip Your Life community into podcasts, where we focus on one topic. Today’s topic is going to be a lot about mindset and inspiration, staying positive in your online business; we don’t talk a lot about this because Jocelyn and I both really prefer to talk about the hands-on, nuts and bolts stuff that really take you to the next level and make you successful online. But having a positive mindset, being inspired is very important when you are an entrepreneur, especially this time of year, when, you know, it’s a little gray outside, there’s a lot going on, lots of distractions with Christmas and the holidays and in-laws and traveling and all of that stuff. The weather outside is not perfect to kinda put a smile on your face every time you wake up every morning. So, it’s really important to have some habits and some systems in place that make sure your mindset is positive and you are inspired to work on your online business. So, today we are going to focus on that topic, and we’ve got three, great questions from our Flip Your Life community, and that is going to guide this topical discussion on this episode today. We are going to be bringing you a number of these, long-form Q&A with S&Js all December along with some Flipped podcasts to really get you fired up and ready to take your online business to the next level next year. But first, before we get into those questions, Jocelyn has got a success story from one of our Flip Your Life community members.
JOCELYN: Today’s success story is from one of our Flip Your Life members, Karen Kolp, and she has a podcast over at weturnedoutokay.com and it is about parenting, and I like the name of that podcast. It says, “Hey everybody, I wanted to share this milestone; I’ve had 10,000 individual downloads of my podcast. Watching that number turn over from four figures to five figures yesterday felt so good. It was just one of the many things I’m thankful for and I love that I reached this milestone on Thanksgiving Day. So thankful to Shane and Jocelyn and the Flip Your Life community; your support keeps me going.” If you’d like to check out Karen’s podcast, again, it’s called ‘The Modern Parent’s Guide to Old-school Parenting’. You can find it at weturnedoutokay.com.
SHANE: And if you would like some help with your online business, we are accepting members right now to our Flip Your Life community; you can learn more about Flip Your Life membership over at flippedlifestyle.com/flipyourlife, and maybe we can get you in there, help you take your online business to the next level, and we can share your success stories here on the podcast. All right, now we want to turn our attention to today’s topic, which is mindset and having a positive attitude about your online business, getting things, your mental state in place where you can really set yourself up for success. This is something that we do talk about a lot in our Flip Your Life membership. Our members are constantly looking for habits and tips and tricks to make sure that their mindset is correct when they sit down to work on their online business. Most of you out there are probably doing this as kind of a side hustle, as some kind of gig that you have got, at home, outside of your nine to five, so you’ve got to really push aside you know, being tired from work, all the family responsibilities, everything else in your life so that when you got that two hours at night to work on your online business, you can get as much done as possible. So, just like you are getting ready for a big game or you are getting excited to go do something that you have been looking forward to, you’ve really got to get your mind right to make sure you can succeed online. So, we are going to dig into that today, and our first question is from Flip Your Life community member, Ben.
JOCELYN: All right, Ben says, “I think mindset is so important; what are some daily habits you guys have in place to make sure you stay positive and motivated to work towards your vision? What does a positive, balanced day of work and life look like for you guys?” I think this is an important question because I think that for some people, mindset is more important than others and for me, like –
SHANE: I know where this is going folks.
JOCELYN: I’m the kind of person where, like if something needs to be done, I just do it and I’m just like on autopilot. Shane is a person where he has to have the correct mindset first. So, I think this is really a better question for him to answer.
SHANE: So, we’ve – I think we are going to divide this question up where I’m going to do the positive mindset type stuff – Jocelyn likes to call it the touchy-feely part of entrepreneurship because that’s the kind of guy I am. I am kind of the football coach, half-time speech kind of person, and Jocelyn will jump into the nuts and bolts of what a positive, balanced day of work and life looks like because being the nuts and bolts person of this membership, Jocelyn is responsible for the calendar and keeping us all in line.
JOCELYN: Yeah. So, it all works together; I mean, you definitely need some of both, but that is just the way that it works for us typically.
SHANE: You know, we don’t have any, really like specific things that we do every day or habits that keep our mindset really positive. I have done some journaling in the past, we do like to write out goals and stuff like that, but I think the biggest thing mindset wise that we do, and one thing that I really focus on in our life is making sure we are keeping our life in the forefront, that business doesn’t overtake everything in our life. I always want us when we make our calendar for example, we put life goals on first. We made a decision when we started our online business, that entrepreneurship and what we do for a living would never be more important than our life and the things that we want to do. I’m not going to prioritize my business over time with my kids. I’m not going to grind from 6:00AM to midnight to try to make as much as dollars as possible before I die, like some people out there promote that you should do. “You should go out there and hustle and bleed and you know, all of that stuff and make it happen.” So, we always say, what is more important to us? Experiences, life, time with our kids, time with each other, doing those things that matter and not necessarily putting the business first. It is a priority, it is on the list, but from a mindset perspective, that is pretty much the guiding principle that keeps us in the positive mindset because if I take care of myself, if we take care of each other, and we take care of our kids and those things that we have to be done with them first, then when we sit down and work on our online business, we are in a much better frame of mind because all of those other things aren’t overwhelming us. For example, working out and being healthy is important to me and Jocelyn, we want to live a long time. So, we put working out as a priority on our schedule. We usually go to the gym right after we drop the kids off from school. We get that off our plate first because that is something that we want to do. That is something that is important to us; our kids being able to participate in activities, very important to us. So, we make sure when we are writing in our schedule, we look and say, okay, the kids have swimming on this day, Ana has dancing on this day, and we make sure that those things take up blocks of our time first and you know, we have turned down big interviews on podcasts. We have not had important people on our podcast because our schedules wouldn’t work out because we put our kids’ activities and those things in our life first. If we want to travel, we are not going to schedule things during travel time. If we want to drop everything and go eat lunch with each other one day, we are going to do that. So, from a mindset perspective, our biggest guiding principle is this: life is more important than work, and we are always going to put those things on our schedule first to make sure that we keep that balance in check.
JOCELYN: And I would say for me, as far as a daily habit, it would be just trying to keep the blinders on and focus on one thing at a time; and this is something that I think people who you know, maybe be a little more scattered, like Shane, this is an important thing for them because if you are listening to every podcast out there about business, if you are reading the latest books that everybody is saying, all these people have different opinions, and yes, it is good to have a different opinion, but when you are having a different opinion every single day, it makes you go back and forth a whole lot and you don’t want to do that because if you are stepping sideways all the time, you are not moving forward. You have to move forward.
SHANE: So, what we are saying here is, from a mindset perspective is you got to kinda protect yourself by filtering all that stuff is what you are saying.
JOCELYN: Yeah, you just need to concentrate on a few voices at a time and make progress using those strategies before you move on to try to use other strategies.
SHANE: I’d also say that another thing we do from a mindset perspective is that we kind of focus on the long game; I think that everybody who discovers online business and you stumble across all the gurus and things like that, it’s all get-rich-quick – I can never say my Rs correctly. I think I’ve told this story before: when Jocelyn and I got married, my dad was the pastor and he did the ceremony and he said, “Shane, repeat after me” and he said, “With this ring, I thee wed –” And looked right at Jocelyn with all the love and compassion and glory in my heart and I said, “With this wing, I thee wed –” We need to get that clip and I’ll put it on the –
JOCELYN: Yeah, too bad it’s on VHS.
SHANE: It’s on VHS though, so I have to get it to – what was I talking about?
JOCELYN: You were talking about people who, when they discover online business and everybody is saying that this is short term thing –
SHANE: Oh yeah, that’s what I was talking about. Sorry, I get – there’s my scattered brain setting in; but basically what we do is we focus on the long game. We don’t get too uptight and overwhelmed on the day-to-day stuff that you have to do because we know that there will always be stuff to do tomorrow and it’s not so urgent to us from the mindset. We try to never to get panicked and I have to succeed now and I’ve got to do this and I’m desperate for this to happen. So, that’s another mindset thing that we kind of focus on. It is the long game; we tell our members all the time, Ben you probably heard this, it’s a marathon, it’s not a sprint, there is no get rich quick, and yes, you are going to have to grind but you are also going to have to control yourself and not get overwhelmed and not get burn out. So, you better spread that out. So, those are some things we do on a daily basis to keep our mindset in check.
JOCELYN: To get into your other question, Ben, about what does a positive balance day of work and life look like, we actually get this question a lot because people are wanting to know what we do in a typical day. Typically what we do is we wake up around 6:30, we get the children up, feed them breakfast, we talk to them about their day, we help them get dressed – we still have little children, so we do have to help them do that. I usually lay their clothes out the night before so there’s not so much crazy running around and trying to figure out what everybody is wearing. So, we help them get their clothes on, we help them brush their teeth, get their hair combed, all of that and we drop them off. Our little boy, Isaac, he usually goes to school about 7:30 and our little girl, Ana, we drop her off closer to 8:00.
SHANE: And we always ride to school together when we can; this usually happens – probably four out of five days a week because we feel like it’s really important for our family to kind of be together all the way to school. It really keeps the kids positive, you know, the kids go around and hug us and each other before they get out of the car, so you know, from a mindset perspective, that really starts our day off well, is that we are all together as a family every single morning.
JOCELYN: All right, so once we drop the kids off, normally we go to the gym together and spend, you know, anywhere from an hour-and-a-half to two hours there, getting a workout and then after that we head home and that’s usually around ten o’clock. Some days we stop by the post office, we do have a post office box and for our education businesses, sometimes people mail checks to us so we have to pick those up each day.
SHANE: So we also stop – there’s a little local breakfast place and a little coffee shop, so lot of times, maybe you know, take about 30-45 minute stop, grab a bite to eat after we work out, grab a coffee and head on home.
JOCELYN: And usually we talk about what we are going to do that day during that time, or if we – sometimes we don’t stop and if we don’t, we’ll talk about it like on the way home, what we are planning on doing that day. Usually when we get home, we will take care of any type of fire-type situations that need to be put out, so maybe it’s emails, maybe it’s customer service tickets that our virtual assistants did not know how to deal with, you know, maybe it’s something else. Every day there’s something different. We always get in the forums at that time and answer question from our Flip Your Life community members and then normally it’s about lunch time. So, we will take a little break and have some lunch, talk about some of the things that we are going to do that afternoon –
SHANE: And usually we kind of divide and conquer; we both have kind of just different things that we do in the business and various products that we offer. So probably, you know, if we get home at about 10:30 from the gym, we’ll usually work until about 12:00. Take about an hour break and then we’ll kind of settle back in from about 1:00 to 2:30 or 1:00 to 3:00 and that’s when we’ll take care of everything else that needs to be handled that day; whether that’s managing VAs, creating new tasks or going in and – just whatever we need to finish up. This is usually when we also record our podcasts. It’s right now 2:15PM, so we are recording some podcast episodes and usually at that point, we go and we get the kids off the bus at about three o’clock and we stop working. That’s pretty much when we are done work for the day.
JOCELYN: At that point, usually our kids have an activity most days of the week at about four o’clock. So, we will take the kids to the activity. Sometimes we go together but usually it’s one or the other with one or the other child just because they are involved with different things. So, for those of you who have more than two kids, I commend you because I don’t know how you get everyone from one place to another –
SHANE: Miracles.
JOCELYN: – with only two parents because for us, I mean, even two kids is hard. But we usually have activities until about 5:00 or 5:30 and at that point we normally have dinner, which means we normally pick something up because –
SHANE: Or eat out.
JOCELYN: Yeah, we are kind of out about that.
SHANE: We spend way too much money on dinner.
JOCELYN: Yeah, so usually we’ll get some dinner; sometimes I will cook, but most of the time I don’t. At that point we spend some time together; my little boy, Isaac, he normally books that he needs to read for school, so we’ll talk about our school work, what we did that day and get ready for the next day. At that point, we will get the children bathed, and we read a Bible story together. I get the kids’ clothes for the next day and lay those out and we put them to bed. Usually they are asleep around eight o’clock.
SHANE: So, that in a nutshell, is pretty much what most weekdays look like. There’s things that mess them up like last night, we got in really late driving home from Thanksgiving from Jocelyn’s in-laws, so this morning we didn’t even wake the kids to go to school. We just kind of slept in and let them rest because they were super tired and we didn’t get home until late. So that kinda threw a monkey-wrench in, but you know, we just go with it and kind of roll with the punches. We kind of shift our schedule around when we need it. We never get freaked out too bad when something gets off schedule because we know all we have to do is plan for the next day. All right, that was a great question from Ben on mindset and also about our daily schedule and how we kind of, plan life first and get all that on the calendar and them make time to work. Last note on this, it seems like we don’t work a lot in those hours which really we don’t. We usually try to get in three to four hours Monday through Thursday, that’s kind of our goal for working each week and we make work fit in that time. We are not wasting any time during those hours. Most people will sit around for six hours and they think they have worked and grinded it out for 6-18 hours a day and they are just really crushing it, but if they look at it, half the time they are playing on Facebook, half the time they are doing something else. You know, when you are working, you need to work. If you really want more work-life balance, the thing you got to do is get your stuff done as fast as possible. Don’t mess around, don’t try to make it perfect, don’t try to do all the stuff. Get in, get out and you only have to work a couple of hours a day on your online business. The biggest problem I see with people who are grinding it out, and you know, hustling is they are out there, they are working five hours and three of it is wasted on stuff. So, make sure when you plan your schedule, have the mindset that you are going to limit your work time, but during that work time, you are going to get as much done as possible.
JOCELYN: All right, our next question is from our Flip Your Life member, Rebecca and Rebecca says, “I need some inspiration. I’ve got time management down pat, but I have too much to do and after three -and-a-half years, I am simply tired of doing so much. I have three little kids who are the light of my life, but also extremely demanding. I have sleep deprivation from parenting, a full-time job and other family members needing my love and attention. Also have my blog which I love, but only ever get to squeeze my last bit of energy from the day. It’s draining. In the morning, when I’m about to drive to work, I find myself thumbing through my podcast list, just trying to find something that will inspire me to keep going. So, if you have any words of inspiration, please bring them on.”
SHANE: We totally feel your pain, Rebecca; you are not alone. A lot of people listening to this podcast right now can totally relate to Rebecca’s story. We can relate to it; when we started our online business, you know, we were working full-time jobs, I was coaching football, I was literally leaving the house at 7:00AM every morning and coming home at 7:00PM. Jocelyn was taking care of the kids while I was at football practice and just exhausted. We would sit down at 9:00PM and we were so tired and there were many, many nights where we looked at each other and said, “Is this even worth it?” I mean, we were so exhausted. Wouldn’t it better just to relax and to sleep and to rest? I mean, what in the world are we really doing? So I totally can relate to where we are coming from. You know, anyone in this situation, I think what you’ve got to do is you’ve got to use benchmarking as a powerful tool in your life and this is something that I have really just learnt lately and studying as to how to not look at the gurus, not look at the get-rich-quick people, but find someone in your situation that did what you are doing now and made it, and look at them and you got to put that person up and say, “If that’s possible for them, and clearly if I could achieve what they have achieved, it’s worth it,” then that will give you the inspiration that you need to keep moving forward. It’s like when you want to lose weight or if you are like a bodybuilder or whatever, you might hang a picture of an ideal physique on the wall or in your bathroom or on the refrigerator, wherever you go and you see that, it gives you an ideal to kind of work toward. So, I think from an inspirational standpoint, you got to really grab on to all the people that you see, that are in a similar situation to you and they made it. They got out on the other side and the work load stopped. The control of their life came to them because they kept pushing forward and also too, even though you say that you got three -and-a-half years in this, you might need to step back and look at your plan and really put some concrete goals and benchmark areas in place like, “I am going to be here in six months.” We’ve got to stop this perpetual grind mentality in our online businesses, guys. We have to understand and look in the mirror and say, “What would make me content?” Not “What would make me rich?” Not “What would make me famous?” But, “Where would I need to get to in my online business, to remove the stress, to work less, and to make the money that would give me the margin in my life to be content and happy?” Once you do that, you take the pressure off yourself, you don’t have to worry about it, you don’t have to look in the mirror and say, “I’m working so hard and this isn’t possible” because you’ve got your benchmarks in place. You can say, “No, it is possible. Shane and Jocelyn have kids and did this and made it happen with full-time jobs.” Janette Stine from the Flip Your Life community, she has six kids; she did this and she made it happen and now she gets to work for herself. She made it out the other side. Janette was in it for three or four years and she finally made it happen. You look at a guy like Evan Burse, and Zeena Burse, four kids, kids in college, little kids, and working fulltime jobs on YouTube for two or three years, nothing happening, and finally got the advice, got the benchmark in place, said, “I can do this if they can do this” and they made it happen. So, if you can go out and if you can benchmark and you can have that goal in mind and prove that it is possible, that’s going to carry you through those hard times. Also, you are going to have to look at your goals and create something that is attainable and you’ve got to say, “I’m going to get to that point, I’m going to create a deadline and I am going to make it there no matter what.” Walt Disney, I love it when we go to Disneyworld, there’s this one giant sign, when you walk into Disneyworld, right in front of the castle and it says, “Everybody needs deadlines” and that is so true. Sometimes I think we start online businesses as this perpetual thing that I’ll just grind and work 24-7 forever and hope it works, but that’s not true. Jocelyn and I are starting to talk about our goals for 2016; one of our goals is we want to double our revenue. We want to literally double the amount of dollars that comes in every month, but we are not going to say that’s our goal permanently forever until that happens. We’re going to say, “No, by June of 2016, we will have doubled our revenue” and then we work backwards from that goal. So, with benchmarks and deadlines in place, I think you’ll be able to see a bigger picture of where you are going and some of that stress will come off of you.
JOCELYN: And I think with that in mind, it’s important just to set those short-term goals. It’s like what’s Shane is talking about with these benchmarks; you have to do this and that’s something that is a benefit of being a part of the Flip Your Life community is that you can set these goals and we can help you along the way. I think it’s also important that you give yourself credit for how far you’ve come.
SHANE: Oh yeah.
JOCELYN: You have done important things –
SHANE: Your business is going in the right direction, Rebecca.
JOCELYN: And just looking at your question and the way that you have worded this here, I can see that we are probably a lot alike and you, if you are anything like me, probably hold yourself to an unattainable standard and that is really not very healthy, and you know this and I know this. So, what we have to do as far as like motivation and inspiration, you have to keep reminding yourself, I have come a long way. These are the things that I have done so far. These are the things that I want to do next and you just have to keep looking at it that way. Sometimes it’s hard to do, but that is why it’s really beneficial to have people who are inspirational in our lives so that we can look at them and they can remind us, hey, you’ve done something that is pretty cool. Just keep going.
SHANE: You’ve got three years into this and you know, don’t trivialize anything you have ever done; we always tell people in our success forums, getting a blog post done is a huge thing to celebrate. Getting email or a lead magnet, making that first sale, whatever it is, everything that happens in your online business that moves you forward is worth celebrating. If I were you Rebecca, I would really sit down – and this goes for anybody listening, who has been in online business for year or two, three years, maybe it’s not going exactly the way you want it to go or you wish it was going better or you just can’t feel inspired about your online business. Forget the future, forget now; go and write down everything good that’s happened to you, everything that you succeeded at, everything that you have accomplished since you started your online business. No matter how small it is, write down every single good thing that you’ve done and that is going to – you are going to look at that and say, “My goodness, have I really done all of this?” A lot of the times, we see the mountain in front of us and we get intimidated by the mountain and we get depressed because we got to go up this mountain, but we forget to look back at the ten other little mountains we climbed over just to get to the big one.
JOCELYN: And you may be halfway up it and you don’t even realize it. All you can see is that it’s so far to the top.
SHANE: Yeah.
JOCELYN: So, yeah, don’t stress out about it being so far away. Like, you’ve started, that’s more than probably 90% of people have done.
SHANE: And I also want to say this too, let’s back up here, you’ve done a lot and Rebecca, we know your business, you are going in the right direction, you’ve got things on track, but I want to say this to everybody listening, it is very hard to make it online. It takes time, it is tough and it doesn’t get any easier just because you start making some money or you do this or you do that. This is not an easy game to be in, guys. You are going to have to go through these things; it might take you three, four, five years. We have plenty of people that we have seen quit their job after four or five years of working hard in their online business. But know this, it is the same for everybody. There is no get-rich-quick; you are not alone, we are all going through this together. So, surround yourself with other people who are going through the same things as you are, rely on each other; when it gets tough and throw it out there and say, “I’m having a hard time today. I’m having a hard time thinking about even why I should keep going” but know that you got to keep going because the longer you stay in it, and the more you fight through it, the better chance you’ve got to succeed. Every day is not sunshine and roses whether you’ve made it or not, but especially when you are trying to get over the hump. Remember too, the closer you get to making it, the harder it’s going to get. When things really start getting down and depressing and it’s really tough, that’s usually where most people quit, but the problem is, the tipping point success is right on the other side of that and if you just push a little bit farther, you kinda go into the promised land, you go ever the edge and you make it. So, Rebecca, don’t give up; I know you are stressed out, maybe take a week off of your online business. Relax, enjoy some time with those three little kids. Realize and look at them and say, “This is why I am doing this so I can be with you more down the road, so I can give you a better life, so my family can have a better future.” Keep that in perspective and that is going to get you through the tough times.
JOCELYN: All right guys, that is all the time that we have for today. We hope that you enjoyed this Q&A with S&J, and hope that this information we put out today, helped to answer some of your questions about online business and how to stay motivated, and what to do when you just feel like you can’t really go any further. So, before we close out today’s show, we are going to talk about our ‘Can’t-miss Moments.’ Our can’t-miss moments are things that we might not have been able to do had we not started in online business.
SHANE: Mine this week is going to see Jocelyn’s great grandmother. We call her ‘grand mamma’ and that is actually our children’s great-great-grand mamma. The day after Thanksgiving, we hung out over at Jocelyn’s mom and dad’s for a couple of extra days, went out to eat at our favorite restaurant on the planet, Patty’s Settlement in Grand Rivers, Kentucky, and on the way we stopped by grand mamma’s house and kind of let the kids see her. She is 95.
JOCELYN: Yeah, she is almost 96.
SHANE: So, she’s getting up there and it’s good that we got to go over, the kids got to see her; people get up in the age that far, you just don’t know how many opportunities you are going to get to really enjoy them, and it was awesome to see our kids, you know, go in and put a smile on her face. I was just very thankful that day; I had a bunch of friends that had to go back to work on Friday you know, right after the day after Thanksgiving. I was just really glad that we had the day to ourselves, we had control over our schedule, and I didn’t have to rush back to work. We could go and enjoy that moment with grand mamma and get a couple of pictures with her and the kids. So that’s my Can’t-miss Moment for last week.
JOCELYN: My Can’t-miss Moment is actually from last week; our little girl, Ana – we have all been sick; it’s like the plague around here, I feel like we live in a infirmary or something, but we have been very sick and our little girl, Ana, she was not feeling well last week and she wanted to stay at home from preschool. So, we let her stay here and instead of doing work, we played princess match game. So, if you want to check out a picture of her dominating me at princess match game –
SHANE: She cheats. Ana cheats. She is a cheater.
JOCELYN: Well, this really wasn’t cheating. She is that much better than me because she actually has a memory unlike me. So, if you head on over to flippedlifestyle.com/podcast69, you will be able to see a picture of Ana dominating me at memory.
SHANE: And before we close all of our shows, we want to extend an invitation to you to become a member of our Flip Your Life community. If you want to get help with your online business every single day, if you want to have your questions featured on our Q&A with S&J podcasts or maybe even get to be on a Flipped podcast where we give away a free a consulting call each month to one of our members, you can learn more about that over at flippedlifestyle.com/flipyourlife. And our power verse today, the Bible verse that we close our show with, I picked one today that is really focused on mindset and inspiration and keeping you focused on the important things in life to kind of go along with our theme of mindset and inspiration today. It is from Colossians 3:2 and it says, “Set your mind on things that are above; not on things that are on earth.” Until next time guys, get out there, take action and flip your life; we’ll see you then.
JOCELYN: Bye!
