People care about their lives, their spouses, their children, their time freedom, they acre about solving their problems! If you are going to be a digital marketer you have to join in the conversation your avatar is already having on a daily basis.

Secret #2 – You have to build a content-driven relationship before the sell!

Take a look at Disney+. Look how many of us signed up because of the built-in relationship we had with Disney from our childhood. Maybe we wanted to watch the Madalorian or let our kids see Snow White for the first time.

You have to build relationship based on content before people will spend money with your company.
